William J. "Bill" Peters

Peters, William J. “ Bill”, age 66.  Beloved husband of Kajia Wen Peters; loving father to Wendy Peters; preceded in death by parents Mark A. and Mildred H. Peters; and brother Robert M. Peters.   Brother of Jean Peters (David Ray) and uncle to nephews Andrew, Christopher and John Ray, Matthew Peters (deceased), Megan Peters (El Rodriguez), Emily Keller (Joe), Adam Peters and Andrew (Meghann) Peters.  Bill was Co-founder and President of A Foreign Language Service, Inc. (AFLS) in Phoenix, a provider of translation services to families and agencies throughout Arizona.  Former minister and missionary to numerous countries.  Avid meteor hunter, star gazer and collector of meteorites, rare rocks and artifacts.   Bill left this realm on December 8, doing something he loved: stargazing the heavens with his telescope on Four Peaks Mountain in the Tonto National Forest. Bill will be laid to rest near his parents in Ohio. Local memorial services in Gilbert to be scheduled at a time pending.
