Ventura III (deceased) and Anthony (Brittney) Telepak and Andrew (Christina) Telepak; dear grandfather of Kyndra Lewis, MaKenna Gonzales, Xander Telepak, Caden Telepak, Kaleb Telepak and Noah Telepak.
