ROBERT J. BALKOVEC SR. age 72 of Bedford. Beloved husband of Anna Marie (nee McClain) for 52 years; loving father of Suzanne (Neil) Stone and Robert Jr (Dawn); dearest grandfather of Steven (Jessica), Melissa (Jerid) Sogor, Owen and Faith and great grandfather of Evan and Peanut; cherished son of the late Adam and Joanne Balkovec and brother of the late Edward; dear uncle of Frank (Pam) Williams. Bob graduated from Bedford High school in 1970. He retired as head custodian at the Columbus Road School in the Bedford City School District. The family will hold a private memorial service.
