LAVONNE MARIE PADDEN (nee Lavigne), age 86, passed away Friday, September 29, 2017 at Arden Courts of Chagrin Falls. Beloved wife of the late William D. ; loving mother of Kevin (Pat) of Euclid, Beverly (Ken) Tranter of Nokomis, FL, Jane (late John) Ferrante of Dublin, Nancy (Marty) LaCava of Chardon, Kathleen (Mike) Roesch of Gates Mills, and William of Sarasota, Fl.; dearest grandmother of 13; dear great grandmother of 4; sister of Stanley (Rose) Lavigne of North Royalton. Lavonne was born January 18, 1931 in Marquette, MI. She was a graduate of Collinwood High School in Cleveland. She raised her family in Willowick and Euclid. Lavonne enjoyed gardening, sewing, crafting, cooking and reading. She was also a resident of Sarasota, FL for 30 plus years, a member of Incarnation Catholic Church, and volunteered making pillows for heart patients at Sarasota Memorial Hospital, and also volunteered at the neighborhood library. CREMATION. Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial at ST. JOAN OF ARC CATHOLIC CHURCH, 496 EAST WASHINGTON ST., CHAGRIN FALLS on Saturday, October 7 at 10:00 A.M. Family will greet friends in the church hall immediately following the mass. Interment private. The family requests no flowers, please.
