Cherished daughter of the late Casper H. and the late Leona (nee Fix) Diekman; loving mother of William (Bev Lev), Christopher (Lois) and Stephen (Melody) ; dearest grandmother of Erin, Jonathan (Myrrya), Barbara, Ginger (Yong) Tai, Amy (Mike) Barnhart and Stephen; dear great grandmother of five; sister of Leona Diekman Fischer, Ethlyn Diekman Dansard and Chuck Diekman(all deceased); former wife of William A. Kuhns. June was born in Monroe, MI on March 27, 1918. She was a transportation officer for the Department of the Navy and the 9th Coast Guard District. June was also an usher at Playhouse Square and a member of the North East Ohio Jazz Society. She was an avid golfer, participant in many Elder Hostels and a world traveler.
