Joan M. Schrantz, (nee Cowen), age 87, formerly of Bedford.  Beloved wife of the late James A. Loving mother of Bonnie (Michael) Deluca, Becky (Nicholas) Paserk, Beth (Russell) Brikowski, Brenda (Louis) Scicchitano, Brett (Lynn), Brian (Sherry Dennison), and Bambi (Dave Walker); dearest grandmother of ten and great grandmother of thirteen; dear sister of Sharon Kaiser and late Betty Pennington.  Friends received at ST. JOHN FUNERAL HOME, 923 BROADWAY, BEDFORD (ONE MILE WEST OF FORBES-BROADWAY EXIT OF I-271) FRIDAY, February 10 from 4 P.M. – 8 P.M. where prayers will be held Saturday, February 11 at 10:30 A.M. followed by Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary Church of Bedford at 11:00 A.M. Burial at All Saints Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to Joshua Tree Care Center or Crossroads Hospice.
