Loving husband of Terri (nee Buehner); caring dad of Jim Hazen and Debbi (Jason) Mosier; Grandpa Jim to Becca, Jason and the late Brianna; cherished son of Alice (nee Dunajski) and the late Joseph Hazen; dear brother of Joseph Hazen and Michelle Sedlon. JOHN FUNERAL HOME, 923 BROADWAY, BEDFORD (ONE MILE WEST OF FORBES-BROADWAY EXIT OF I-271), THURSDAY, JANUARY 16 FROM 4 – 8 P.M with a closing service beginning at 7:30 P.M. Cremation to follow.
