Jean D. Brindley

JEAN DOROTHY BRINDLEY (nee Clough), age 93, of Charlotte, NC, formerly of Solon, OH and Stockport, Manchester England.  Beloved wife of the late Bernard Brindley; loving mother of Sarah Rooney (Mark Legomski), Linda Bentley (Michael), and the late B. Philip Brindley (Sandra); dearest grandmother of David Brindley (Elizabeth), Daniel Brindley (Jung Hee Choi), Sian Rooney (David Chadwick), Gareth Rooney, Michael Bentley (Monica), Michele Badalamenti (Mark) and the late Michael Brindley; dear great-grandmother of 6 and cherished aunt to many; sister of William Yates (Catherine), Marie Ashton (Harry), Frederick Yates, and Claude Victor Clough (Elsie) (all deceased). Jean was a highly trained seamstress and beautician.  She was a gifted artisan who quilted, crocheted, knitted, painted ceramics, created jewelry, and designed wreaths and floral arrangements.  Jean was a member and served at Parkside Church.  She loved studying the Scriptures and spending time with her family. Services to be held at Parkside Church, 7100 Pettibone Rd., Chagrin Falls, 44023 on Friday, December 29, at 10:00 AM.
