Debora Jean O’Hara, age 58, of Chagrin Falls, passed away on May 15, 2018. She was born November 9, 1959 in Painesville, Ohio, to Rudolph J. Carlucci (deceased) and Rosemary J. Carlucci (nee Fiochetti). She is survived by her husband Michael O’Hara, sons, Christopher Loucks (Jess) of Rocky River, and Dylan Forward of Colorado; grandchildren, Blake Loucks, Alaina and Logan O’Hara; step-children, Ryan (Jessica) O’Hara of Chagrin Falls, Megan (Andy) Kinney of Cleveland, and Matthew O’Hara of Mayfield Heights; sisters, Cheryl Eger of Aurora; Sandra Davis and Tom Simon of Chardon; niece, Phebe Davis. Debora was a long-time resident of Ohio. She graduated in 1977 from Thomas W. Harvey High School and went on to work at the Cleveland Clinic as a Radiology Technologist for 14 years. She loved to cook and entertain her family and friends. She also loved spending time with her grandchildren. CREMATION. Friends received at the ST. JOHN FUNERAL HOME, 16381 CHILLICOTHE RD. (RT. 306), CHAGRIN FALLS, 44023 (2.5 MILES NORTH OF RT. 422), SATURDAY, MAY 19 FROM 3 – 7 P. M. Private service is to follow on Sunday, May 20 at 12 Noon at Welton Cemetery in Burton, Ohio. Although flowers are appreciated, the family suggests donations be made in Debora’s name to the Geauga Humane Society Rescue Village, P.O. Box 116, Novelty, Ohio.
