Loving father of Danielle (Steven Norris) Cook and Daniel Alvin Cook Jr; Former husband of Pamela Nester; dearest grandfather of Kayla Fankhauser, Daniel Alvin Cook III, and Gavin Cook; dear brother of Jon Cook, Eileen Molnar, Colleen Cook, and Candy Allison.  Daniel was a graduate of Bedford High School and a Veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps.  Cremation.
