Constance "Connie" Marie Hanus

Constance Marie Hanus (nee Allen), age 81, of Bedford passed away on May 31, 2023. She was born on April 29, 1942 to Chester and Mary Allen. Connie was the loving wife of George, whom she married on June 28, 1975. She was a kindergarten teacher and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Connie is survived by her husband George; son Glenn (Erin) and Daughter Julie (Joe) Tiu; and grandchildren David, Gavin, Diana, and Summer.

Family and friends will be received at The St. John Funeral Home, 923 Broadway Avenue, Bedford (One Mile West of Forbes-Broadway Exit off of I-271) on Tuesday June 6, 2023 from 4-7pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday June 7, 2023 at St. Mary Church, 340 Union Street, Bedford at 10am (Please Meet at Church). Burial to follow at Bedford Cemetery.
