Charles E. Higgins

Charles “Charlie” E. Higgins, age 82, passed away on September 18, 2023. He was a 25 year resident of Aurora and worked in sales and marketing in the heavy equipment industry, working for Caterpillar International, Marion Power Tool, and Joseph Industries. He was a proud Army veteran, serving with the 82^nd Airborne from 1961-1964 on staff stateside for General Westmoreland. Charlie was an avid sailor and cyclist.

He is survived by his wife Joyce; his children Michelle (Brian) Endres, Kathleen, and Charles (Mary); and grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Graveside Service will be held on Saturday September 30^th, 2023 11am at Aurora Cemetery (The main entrance to the Aurora Cemetery is located on SR 43, next to the Aurora Police Department, 100 South Aurora Road). (Please meet at cemetery gates).
