The St. John Funeral Service began in Cleveland in the Buckeye-Woodland area. (Slovak-Hungarian-ltalian community) in 1913.

Now located in Bedford and Bainbridge Township, Ohio, in their 4th generation, serving all of greater Cleveland with focus on Cuyahoga, Geauga, Portage and Summit counties. The St. Johns pride themselves in being very compassionate and accommodating to all families of all nationalities, races and creeds, treating all with utmost respect and helping as best possible with the needy.

Bedford:  With three chapels, the facilities at St. John Funeral Home are spacious, accommodating, warm and welcoming, able to serve the largest families. Three parking areas can handle over 90 cars. Full service is always available at St. John Funeral Home, from pre-need planning to shipping in or out of town, state or country, from customary burials to cremations: the St. John family can serve all with care and kindness.

Bainbridge Township:  Located in Geauga County, the St. Johns realized their dream to open a second funeral home and did so in March, 2014. Expanding their ministry, they sought and found their location in Bainbridge Township. Featuring two large chapels and other accommodations to service those in need, the facility has a welcoming atmosphere. Parking is expansive and convenient. Full service is always available with pre-need planning help on request. The funeral home is located in an area easy to reach from anywhere in Geauga County and surrounding communities.

The St. Johns now have two of the finest funeral home facilities in the area and they provide one of the most affordable funeral services in all of greater Cleveland.
